INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE RELATIVE TO THE DONATIONS OF LGU TO OTHER LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT/INSTITUTIONS

1. The Municipality of Real, Quezon, through the Municipal General Fund CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of PhP 240,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE RELATIVE TO THE DONATIONS OF LGU TO OTHER LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT/INSTITUTIONS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Real, Quezon, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods within 30 calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
