INVITATION TO BID FOR

Supply and Delivery of Rice Mill, Farm Tractor and Laser Guided Land Leveller
P.R. No. 2022-01-110

1. The Province of Guimaras, through the Provision of Farm Machineries (20% D.F. 2022) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 5,970,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the Supply and Delivery of Rice Mill, Farm Tractor and Laser Guided Land Leveller. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within ten (10 days) calendar days upon issuance of P.O. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
