    INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Rice Commodity Assistance for LGU Employees and Officials for the Month of July and August 2025

    1. The Local Government of Malalag, through its Annual Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Fifty Pesos (Php 468,050.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Rice Commodity Assistance for LGU Employees and Officials for the Month of July and August 2025.
    Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

    2. The Local Government of Malalag now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
