Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENT FAMILIES
1) The City Government of Malabon, through the City Trust Fund - Local Government Support Fund - Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF-FA to LGUs) intends to apply the sum of FIFTY-EIGHT MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY PESOS (PhP58,999,920.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENT FAMILIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENT FAMILIES using competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as an award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
