Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMERCIAL RICE AND WEIGHING SCALES FOR THE RICE RETAILING LIVELIHOOD ENHANCEMENT PROJECT

1. The Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office No. VIII, through the funding year 2023 intends to apply the sum of PhP3,927,000.00 for the Supply and Delivery of Commercial Rice and Weighing Scales for the Rice Retailing Livelihood Enhancement Project, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office No. VIII now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Commercial Rice and Weighing Scales for the Rice Retailing Livelihood Enhancement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
