Description : SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RESCUE VEHICLE USE BY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASIL, KALINGA

1. In view of the two (2) failed bidding, the Local Government of Pasil, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the Negotiation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RESCUE VEHICLE USE BY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASIL, KALINGA in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation ((R-IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 1,800,000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes, to wit:
