1. The Funding Source is the Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the Supplemental Budget of Barangay Tingib , Basey Samar, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) Only, being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 12181390 /LGUBS-GD-25-06-076, Supply and Delivery of Rescue Vehicle for Emergency and Rescue Services of Barangay Tingib , Basey, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
