1. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 5,347,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Rescue Life Vest for the use of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council Responders and Fisherfolks of the Province. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PGIN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
