Description : The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System-Corporate Office (MWSS-CO) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake the Supply and Delivery of Rescue and Survival Equipment.

The MWSS-CO hereinafter referred to as the “the Procuring Entity” now requests you to submit price quotation for the procurement of the above-mentioned project, as specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) provided in the Annex “A” as attached.

The mode/method of procurement shall be in accordance with Section 34 - Small Value Procurement of the 2025 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Reform Act (NGPA).

All items listed in the specifications as stated in the TOR must be complied on a pass/fail basis. Failure to meet any of the requirements may result in the rejection of the quotation.

Partial Quotations are allowed. Suppliers may have the option of submitting a proposal for any or all packages. Evaluation and contract award shall be undertaken on a per item basis...
