SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RENOVATION MATERIALS FOR
NAYONG PILIPINO TARLAC MUSEUM

The Nayong Pilipino Foundation (NPF) invites all PhilGEPS registered contractors to submit a quotation for the
procurement project below, consisting of one (1) lot, using the attached Request for Quotation Form
(Annex A), Statement of Compliance with the Technical Specifications (Annex B), Schedule of Requirements
(Annex C), and Omnibus Sworn Statement (Annex D).

APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC): PHP 321,916.85

DELIVERY DATE:
Set A shall be delivered within fifteen (15)
calendar days upon signing of the Purchase
Order or Contract.

Set B shall be delivered between 1st week to
4th week of April as advised by NPF
