1. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the 5% LDRRM Fund 2025- (LDRRMO- Disaster Preparedness-Relief Stockpiling) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 300,000.00) inclusive of VAT being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Relief Stockpile for the Municipality of Cabarroguis, Quirino with identification number LGUCQ-GOODS-2025-0007 with the following specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
