The CENTRAL PHILIPPINES STATE UNIVERSITY, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure the Supply and Delivery of Refrigerant for Air Conditioning Maintenance which will be undertaken under Section 53.9 of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
