Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Seven Million One Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php7,198,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of red onion seeds for production and expansion support to onion growers in MIMAROPA region. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement with the following items as follows:
