INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RED ONION SEEDS (LOT 1 - OPV AND LOT 2 - HYBRID) FOR DISTRIBUTION TO ONION GROWERS COOPERATIVES AND ASSOCIATIONS IN THE PROVINCES OF CENTRAL LUZON UNDER THE REGULAR FY 2025 HVCDP EXPANSION PROGRAM

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum; TEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS - P10,296,000.00, (LOT 1 - FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (P5,384,000.00) and LOT 2 - FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND PESOS (P4,912,000.00)), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2025-01-0138. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
