1. The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Trust Fund - Blood Bank Center intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Eighty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Four Pesos (Php7,084,794.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Reagents for the use of Immunology Analyzer Reagent of Kidapawan City Blood Center (ARCHITECH I1000SR ANALYZER). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
