Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Reagents and Test Kits for used by the Municipal Health Office in accordance with Section 34 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.

2. The municipality now invites eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Reagents and Test Kits as follows:
