The Department of Education, Schools Division of Ilocos Sur through the FY 2025 GAA RA No. 12116 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Eleven Thousand Eighty-Eight Pesos (P6,611,088.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project Supply and Delivery of Ready-To-Eat Food. Bids received higher than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
