1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Ilocos Sur through the FY 2025 GAA RA No. 12116 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Twelve Thousand Ninety-Six Pesos (P7,212,096.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project Supply and Delivery of Ready-To-Drink Juice. Bids received higher than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
