Description : 1. The Department of Education-Cordillera Administrative Region Regional Office (DepEd - CAR RO), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act Fund intends to apply the sum of:

Lot No. 1 Php 2,500,000.00 ; DepEd-CAR RO CB 2025-09-013 - Lot 1
Lot No. 2 Php 6,172,650.00 ; DepEd-CAR RO CB 2025-09-013 - Lot 2
Lot No. 3 Php 1,487,045.00 ; DepEd-CAR RO CB 2025-09-013 - Lot 3

being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DepEd - CAR RO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
