Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PURIFIED DRINKING WATER OF TARLAC PROVINCIL HOSPITAL, PROVINCIAL JAIL, MUSEO NG TARLAC, PEPO AND PDRRMC

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (PhP 407,750.00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Purified Drinking Water of Tarlac Provincial Hospital, Provincial Jail, Museo ng Tarlac, PEPO, and PDRRMC / B-G-2025-011-R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
