Description : 3,500 units SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PURIFIED DRINKING WATER FOR PRO8 MAIN & TACLOBAN LHIO (with free use of 13 units of water dispenser)

*Specifications:

1. The winning provider must be duly registered with corresponding registration and licensing government entities.

2. The winning provider must have at least eight (8) hours of business operation and must be located within Tacloban City.

3. The winning provider must submit result of the drinking water testing for potability from an accredited institution authorized to conduct such examination.
4. The winning provider must deliver the required quantity of drinking water on the following schedules:
a. PhilHealth Regional Main Office - every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
b. Tacloban LHIO - every Thursday

5. The winning provider must be able to deliver a minimum of sixty-six (66) jugs of drinking water from 8AM to 9AM on the scheduled date of delivery.

6. The winning provider must be able to provide drinking water other than the scheduled date as the need arises.
