Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Pesos (Ph896,000.00),
inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Purified
Drinking Water at PNOC EC Zamboanga Sibugay Project Site(“Project”). The items shall be
delivered to PNOC EC Zamboanga Sibugay Project Site within One (1) year after receipt of
Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Acceptance Letter (AL).

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
attached Scope of Work (SOW) for complete details. Please note that the bid/proposal to be
submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid/proposal will be disqualified.
