Description : I. DESCRIPTION

Supply and Delivery of Purified Drinking Water for a period of one (1) year.

II. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT

The approved budget for the contract is Two Hundred Ninety-one Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php291,500.00) inclusive of VAT.

III. SCOPE OF WORK
• Supply and Delivery of 110 bottles of 5 gallons purified drinking water every Saturday of the week or when need arises starting January 2025-December 2025. However, the BOI has the option to reduce or increase the weekly supply of water when it deems necessary. In which case, supplier shall deliver and ensure supply of water as indicated by BOI.
• To provide 36 units of Hot and Cold Water Dispensers free of charge.
• Maintenance and Cleaning of Hot and Cold Water Dispensers to be done monthly (every 3rd Saturday of the month or any schedule set by BOI).
• Submission of Quarterly Bacteriological Test to ensure the good quality of drinking water.
• With ready personnel to attend immediately for the repair/replacement of bogged down / defective water dispensers...
