• Delivery of 120 gallons of water per month or 30 gal per week, unless a different quantity is ordered by PCW
• Install / use of seven (7) units of Hot and Cold Water Dispenser
• Clean and disinfect the water dispenser at least once a month, free of service charge
Send-Bill Arrangement. Payment will be processed seven (7) working days upon submission and receipt of Billing Statement and Delivery Receipts, subject to the mandatory government withholding taxes
