Description : Supply and Delivery of Purified Drinking Water
for the period of April 01 to December 31, 2025

Total Quantity: 1260 Gallons (5 liters per gallon)

Terms and Conditions:

1. Deliver thirty five (35) gallons per week or one hundred forty (140) gallons per month
unless a different quantity is ordered by the PCW
2. Install / Free use of Seven (7) units of Hot and Cold Water dispensers
3. Clean and disinfect the water dispensers at least once a month, free of service charge
4. Send-Bill Arrangement. Payment will be processed seven (7) working days upon submission and receipt of Billing Statement and Delivery Receipts, subject to the mandatory government withholding taxes
