TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.INTENDED FOR CY 2026 ONLY
2.UNDERGONE A MINIMUM OF 16 STAGES PURIFICATION/FILTRATION PROCESS.
3.CONTAINER MUST BE FREE FROM DIRTS,SCRATCH & DENTS.
4.THE SUPPLIER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PURIFIED DRINKING WATER IN 5- GALLON CONTAINER:
5. THE SUPPLIER SHALL PROVIDE THIRTY FIVE (35) UNITS OF BRAND NEW HOT & COLD WATER DISPENSER STAND TYPE AND THE USE OF IT SHOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE FOR THE DURATION OF CONTRACT.
6. THE SUPPLIER SHALL CONDUCTMAINTENNACE/CLEANING OF ALL THE HOT AND COLD WATER DISPENSERS ONCE MONTH OR AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE SUPPLY UNIT.
7.FREE DELIVERY OF THE WATER SUPPLIES AS PER THE END-USER'S REQUEST AND THE DISPENSERS TO THE PROCURING OFFICE. THIS MAY BE DONE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK OR AS PER THE END-USER'S REQUEST.
8.THE SUPPLIER SHALL RETRIEVE EMPTY CONTAINERS PER REQUEST OF THE PROCURING OFFICE.
9.SHALL EXTEND CREDIT LINE UP TO THE THIRTY(30) CALENDAR DAYS
