2.UNDERGONE A MINIMUM OF 16 STAGES PURIFICATION/FILTERATION PROCESS
3.CONTAINER MUST BE FREE FROM DIRTS,SCRATCH & DENTS.
4.THE SUPPLIER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PURIFIED DRINKING WATER IN 5- GALLON CONTAINER.
5.THE SUPPLIER SHALL PROVIDETHIRTY-FIVE(35) UNITS OF BRAND NEW HOT & COLD WATER DISPENSER STAND TYPE AND THE USE OF IT SHOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE FOR THE DURATION OF CONTRACT.
6.THE SUPPLIER SHALL CONDUCT MAINTENANCE /CLEANING OF ALL THE HOT COLDS WATER DISPENSER ONCE A MONTH OR AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE SUPPLY UNIT.
7.FREE DELIVERY OF WATER SUPPLIES AS PER THE END USER'S REQUEST AND THE DISPENSER TO THE PROCURING OFFICE.THIS MAY BE DONE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK OR AS PER THE END-USER'S REQUEST
8.THE SUPPLIER SHALL RETRIEVE EMPTY CONTAINER PER REQUEST OF THE PROCURING OFFICE.
