Delivery on site; Delivery schedule should be set by the end user/procuring entity.
Payment is per sub-lot/lot delivery. Area of delivery are subject to changes as the need arises. A 10% mortality allowance must always be included by the supplier when delivering fingerlings and live crab.

Delivery Terms of Reference:
The winning bidder must inform the End-user/ procuring entity through a communication letter addressed to the OIC, Regional Director seven (7) days prior to the delivery of intervention.
