Description : Pursuant to the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) approved 2025 Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP), the DAR CALABARZON Regional Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to procure Seven (7) Units of Projectors with an Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php210,000.00) through Small Value Procurement (SVP) under RA12009.

A. TERMS and CONDITION

(a) Supply and Delivery
- Provide LED Projectors. (please see Projectors Specifications)

(b) Installation and Activation
- Must be active and available in the Philippines or the designated project location.

(c) Testing and Verification
- Verify the full functionality of the delivered hardware.
- Submit testing documentation and secure user acceptance.

(d) Documentation and Orientation
- Provide software licenses if applicable, user guides, and documentation of installation and configuration settings.
- Conduct a brief orientation for DAR IT personnel on system monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and software management.
