Description : SECTION I. INVITATION TO BID FOR

Supply and Delivery/ Procurement of One (1) unit Logistics Truck

1. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon, through the MDRRMO Reprogrammed Fund for FY 2025/APP 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million, Fire Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php3,500,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery/ Procurement of One (1) Unit Logistics Truck /05-015-25-Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed projects within two (2) years, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the contract to be bid and at least Fifty Percent (50%), prior from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
