The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - PENRO Davao Oriental, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos (Php 1,139,638.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
