Description : 1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - PENRO Davao Oriental, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Four Pesos and 50/100 (Php 864,844.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
