The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela, through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Printers in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184.
