Description : This project includes the supply and delivery of printed materials to support the implementation of the ARAL (Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning) Program. The materials shall include, but are not limited to, workbooks, activity sheets, instructional guides, flashcards, storybooks, and other learning support resources as specified in the technical requirements. All printed materials must adhere to the prescribed quality standards, content specifications, and delivery schedule set by the procuring entity to ensure timely distribution and effective use in the program.

Delivery Schedule:
All printed materials must be delivered within five (5) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) to the designated delivery site/s. Partial delivery may be allowed, subject to approval by the procuring entity.

Other Requirements:

1. Must comply with the technical specifications (attached for reference).
2. Supplier must ensure proper packaging and labeling for ease of distribution.
3. Supplier must replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost.
