Description : 1.The LGU-Bakun through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of 1,504,000.00 being the Total ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PREPAID LOAD CARDS FOR THE 2nd QUARTER/ G- 30-2025 with the following specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. 2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
