Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2022 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP360,000.00), inclusive of all applicable
taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Powerhouse Rechargeable Batteries for Mine
3 Coal Project. The items shall be delivered at PNOC EC KM9 Field Office, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay
within Thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of
Reference for complete details.
