Description : 1. The DepEd - Schools Division Office of Dinagat Islands, through the FY 2024 GAA - School Based Feeding Program (SBFP) SY 2024-2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Pesos Only (₱1,767,300.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each Lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening in accordance with Sec. 31.1 of the Revised IRR of RA 9184.
