Description : 1 Supply and Delivery of Potable Drinking Water for Official Consumption of TESDA Personnel 11000 gallon
Provision of safe and potable drinking water complaint with the Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water (PNSDW), with attached valid and updated water test results issued by a recognized laboratory or appropriate regulator authority.
Delivery shall be made on a daily basis to ensure continous and uninterruted supply.
The supplier shall replacement of empty containers during delivery, when applicable.
Payment shall be based on the actual quantity delivered and accepted, supported by Delivery Receipts (DR) and Inspection and Acceptance Reports (IAR)
Billing shall be processed on a monthly bnasis, subject to existing government accounting and auditng rules and regulations
