INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF POST HARVEST FACILITY AND FARM IMPLEMENTS FOR LGU-BASEY, BASEY SAMAR

1) The Local Government Unit - Basey, Samar, through the 20 % of the General Fund of the Annual Budget 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 12646223 /LGUBS-GD-25-12-152 , Supply and Delivery of Post Harvest Facility and Farm Implements for LGU-Basey, Basey Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, as shall be reflective in the Schedule of Requirements, or as need arises. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
