INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of Portland Cement (Type 1)

1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 MOOE intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Five Pesos (Php 554,645.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Portland Cement (Type 1) for the use of PEO-RCPC Casting/CHB Making- PEO with Purchase Request No. 25-1231 under Bid No. B-25-0066. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by As per letter request. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
