1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the SUPPLEMENTAL (MO) -
2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(PhP550,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND
DELIVERY OF PORTABLE SPEAKER AND WATER DISPENSER FOR BRGY. PROJECT
AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT WORKERS (CDWS) / NJQ-GOODS-11-2025-071.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2., The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders
should have completed, WITHIN FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of
