SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PORTABLE SOUND SYSTEM EQUIPMENT

I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE

This project aims to provide PHILRACOM with a portable sound system to support various office activities such as meetings, presentations, flag ceremonies, and other events. Its goal is to enhance communication, ensure clear announcements, and create a more engaging and organized environment during official functions.

The portable sound system will be easy to set up and move, making it convenient for use in different office areas or event venues. It will help improve audio quality during meetings, provide reliable sound support for ceremonies and promote efficiency and flexibility in various activities.

II. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) AND FUND SOURCE

PHILRACOM has allocated an approved budget for the contract in the amount of EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 80,000.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes and charges.
