Description : 1. The Department of Trade and Industry-MIMAROPA through its Regional Office Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers/contractors to submit quotations for the project “Supply and Delivery of Portable Power Supply for DTI-MIMAROPA Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP) CY2025 - MOOE.” with Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (PhP 940,500.00)

2. A set of technical specifications are provided in Attachment 1. All items and jobs listed under the Purchaser-s Specifications must be complied with on a pass-fail basis. Failure to meet any one of the requirements may result in rejection of the proposal.

3. Procurement will be conducted through employment of Section 34.1 (Small Value Procurement) as prescribed under Rule IV - Modes of Procurement of the 2025 Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 12009.
