1. The City Government of Lipa, through the Special Education Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Pesos Only (P2,224,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF POLO SHIRTS, JOGGING PANTS, AND CAPS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE DIVISION SPORTS COMPETITION (SY 2025-2026), with Project Identification Number-2025-11-1054.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
