Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement Method for the Supply and Delivery of Polo Shirt (Office Uniform for Contract of Service and Job Order Employees) for use by Office of the Municipal Mayor in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.

2. The municipality now invites eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Polo Shirt as follows:
