I. SCOPE OF WORK
Supply and delivery of 106 dose pneumococcal vaccine with the following details:
- Pnuemococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine, Polyvalent
- 0.5mL prifilled syringe
- Solution for injection (SC/IM)
- Each 0.5mL dose of vaccine contains 25mcg of each of the following 23 pneumococcal polysaccharide serotypes: 1,2,3,4,5,6B,7F,8,9N,9V,10A,11A,12F,14,15B,17F,18C,19F,19A,20,22F 23F, 33F
One (1) Day Vaccine Administration with the following details:
- One (1) Medical Doctor / Registered Nurse for One (1) day ONLY for the vaccine administration.
- Provides vaccine administration supplies such as alcohol pads, plaster strips, sharps collector, consent forms, vaccination cards
- All medical team are wearing proper attire during the administration of the vaccines
