1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for CY 2025-INS PAEF CORN intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php2,760,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 02-GOODS-CORN 2025, as follows:
