1. The Municipality of Santander, Cebu intends to apply the sum of ₱129,842.50 being the Approved Budget for the Supply and Delivery of Plumbing Materials and Equipment for the Water Supply of Willy B. Wenceslao Memorial National High School.

2. The Municipality of Santander, Cebu after having conducted two (2) failed biddings on November 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mayor-s Office and December 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mayor-s Office, now invites interested bidder for the Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Biddings for the said project.

3. Bid/Quotation must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before December 17, 2025 at 2:00 in the afternoon at the Mayor-s Office.

4. Bid Quotation opening shall be on December 17, 2025 at 2:00 in the afternoon at the Mayor-s Office.
