Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT DUE TO TWO- FAILED BIDDINGS
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PLASTIC SHREDDER
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela Bids and Award Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the SUPPLIES AND DELIVERY PLASTIC SHREDDER in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (300,000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
3. The Procurement Project is composed of One (1) Lot, the details of which are described in
Annex “B” (Technical Specifications).
4. A complete set of Negotiation Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on March 21, 2025 to March 28, 2025 from the given address and website(s) below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P 500.00).
