Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php1,798,860.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of plastic for distribution to FCA-s through the Kadiwa ng Pangulo program in Oriental Mindoro and Palawan and other supplies for the Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division of DA-RFO-MIMAROPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required in thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
